Its trunk is slim, only 8 inches in diameter, but appears bigger because of the thick hair covering. The Old Man Palm trunk reminds of an old man’s beard, hence the name Old Man Palm. Circular, fan-shaped leaves with split tips grow directly out of its trunk in a spiral motion. While slow growing, the Old Man Beard’s Palm can achieve heights of 15 feet if placed in favorable conditions.
Palms are priced based on Size and Maturity.
